What would you do?

We all face ethical dilemma's in our daily life, especially in a classroom environment but how will you respond to it? I would respond to it in steps depending on how bad the situation is.
- Tell his parents, so if the issue gets out of hand they will know about it and can step in.
- Emailing the person telling him that that was not okay to talk about someone like that.
- If he was disrespectful about it, leave the group.
- If he starts making fun of him also, he should get his parents involved.

There are numerous ways to respond to an ethical dilemma, you should make sure you respond to it appropriately and in a quick manner before it gets out of hand.
